  • Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 3 years from last interaction

  • Business development correspondence: retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 7 years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes

  • Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe, plus a reasonable period to process the unsubscribe request

  • Website analytics data: retained in aggregated and anonymised form; identifiable data retained for no longer than 13 months

When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
